CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and No-Show Policy 1. If the Client cancels the appointment with fewer than 48 hours’ notice, the Client will be charged a cancellation fee of 30%. 2. If the Client cancels on the same day of the appointment, or is deemed a no-show, the Client will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. 3. For any future appointment bookings, the Client must pay a non-refundable deposit of $50 before the appointment can be scheduled, in the event of a same-day cancellation or no-show under this policy. Repeated Cancellations; Right to Refuse Future Services Policy If the Client cancels or fails to attend (no-show) four (4) or more appointments, whether in succession or cumulatively over time, the Stylist reserves the right to refuse further services to the Client or terminate this Agreement. The Client acknowledges that the Stylist may decline future bookings at their sole discretion once this threshold is reached.
